Come cool off all summer long in our swimming lake. It is complete with inflatable swimming toys, slides, a kiddie area, and diving boards. At our swimming lake, there is truly something for everyone, from small children to adults. Bring your family, grab lunch at the concession stand, and make memories that last a lifetime.

Wood’s Tall Timber Resort has the longest and fastest ziplines in Ohio. Join us all season long (May 1-Nov 1) to zipline with our trained staff and your daring friends. While we have ziplines across the gold course, across the lake, and through the trees, we also have the kiddie zip so that your little ones can join in the fun too!

Our brand new putt-putt course is as challenging as it is fun. It is complete with new greens, custom wood-carvings, and plenty of shade. Level up your putt-putt game by playing the game to make it more challenging and fun. Bring the whole family, spend some time under the lights, and putt-putt the night away.

Our weekend entertainment is a must see! While everyone else is bar hopping, bring the whole family along to listen to local bands, let the kids play on the playground (right beside the stage!) with a cold drink in hand. Who needs a bar when you can bring your camping chairs, your coolers, and your friends? Not us!

Can’t go an entire weekend without a golf game? We can help with that. Break up your day with a par-3 or foot golf game and show off your skills all while your visiting or camping with us at Wood’s Tall Timber Resort. Confident in your gold game? Take part in our golf tournaments throughout the year and win something cool.

In a separate part of the lake (no where near swimmers), cast a line and catch one of our many fish in our stocked fishing lake. You’ll catch bass, carp, bluegill, crappy, perch, & catfish in our fishing lake. Need bait? Visit the bait shop to buy some!

Level up your experience with us here at WTTR and rent a paddle boat for the hour. Get some sun, paddle around the lake, accidentally float under the fountain, and work those leg muscles.

Would it be a resort without a safe space for your children to play? We think not! Our playground and our basketball courts are located behind the bath houses and central to the campground. It’s a place where your kids can safely play, and you can watch them from your campsite or from one of the many seating options within.
